Sleep Medicine Physician

Northwest Permanente is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Sleep Medicine physician to join our multi-disciplinary sleep program. Candidates should have completed a Sleep Medicine fellowship.  At Northwest Permanente, you will join multidisciplinary Sleep Medicine team that practices compassionate, evidenced-based medicine treating patients with insomnia, hypersomnia, parasomnia, sleep related movement disorders, circadian rhythm disorder and sleep related breathing disorders.

The annual salary for this position is $281,300 - $319,700 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
