Provide support to patient care delivery and health center operations by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and a positive patient experience in alignment with the organization’s mission to serve vulnerable populations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform and document rooming activities (height, weight, head circumference, vital signs) with 100% accuracy and complete patient prep within 10 minutes per visit.
- →Conduct phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and prepare send-out lab samples as ordered, maintaining ≥ 98% accuracy and completing tasks within provider-specified timelines.
- →Support supply and medication inventory management under supervision, ensuring 100% removal and proper disposal of expired items during monthly audits.
- →Perform and document vision and hearing screenings, achieving 100% compliance with screening protocols and accurate charting.
- →Complete room turnover between patients in compliance with infection control workflows, maintaining zero breaches and readiness within 5 minutes.
- →Provide excellent care and customer service by managing patient flow and communication, keeping wait times under 15 minutes and achieving ≥ 90% patient satisfaction scores.
- →Ensure health center readiness and compliance with infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards, achieving zero deficiencies during inspections.
- →Assist with additional duties as needed to support smooth operations, completing 95% of assigned tasks on time and supporting at least 4 outreach or quality initiatives annually.

- CPR Certification

- Spanish speaking a plus
- Demonstrated strong commitment to safety.
