About the Role

Au sein du Global Support Performance France, la Direction de la Relation Financière Clients assure :

Le recouvrement et le contentieux
La gestion des analyses financières sur le domaine fixe et internet
La gestion des encaissements et de la facturation des Grands Publics

Le gestionnaire chargé du traitement des dossiers en Contentieux assure :

• l’analyse, parfois approfondie, des dossiers qui lui sont confiés

• le traitement et le suivi des dossiers impayés dans les SI dédiés

• les relations avec les clients ou interlocuteurs internes (DGP/DEF) et externes (clients, prestataires…).

• la prise en charge de certains cas complexes

• Vous êtes agile et polyvalent, vous savez travailler sur plusieurs marchés et/ou univers métier (Grand Public, Pro PME, Entreprise) et avec des interlocuteurs variés

• Vous disposez d’une culture client avérée

• Vous possédez une excellente capacité à décrypter les éléments clés d’un dossier

• Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et vous savez vous adapter au changement

• Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’utilisation des outils de communication, et vous savez travailler avec des collègues à distance

• Vous êtes à l’aise dans la prise en main de nouveaux systèmes d’information.

Le Chargé du traitement des dossiers en Contentieux détient :

• une aisance dans l’appropriation des parcours et SI Clients (SI principaux : Hermione, Frégate, Sacre, Intrafact, Zéphyr…)

• de bonnes qualités d’expression écrite et orale en français

• une maitrise des principaux outils bureautiques et digitaux

• un esprit rigoureux, organisé et attentif aux détails

• une connaissance des produits et services d’Orange
