Within Orange Wholesale International, the Marketing and Business Development department's mission is to:

• Create and develop solutions and customer experience,
• Boost overall performance,
• Support the sales of commercial solutions.

 

The market is evolving towards more flexible, secure, sustainable, and high-performing connectivity to meet customer expectations. Network transformation enables a new value proposition around Network as a Service (NaaS) offerings with key features:

• Modular and scalable network resources
• Easy-to-use APIs to facilitate procurement from multiple suppliers
• Business model adapted for operators / MNOs: network modernization reducing investment costs
• Rapid innovation: large-scale virtual infrastructure
• Simplified management portal or API

Your role is to ensure the launch and development of a Core Network as a Service solution (4G & 5G), allowing mobile operators worldwide to offer mobile services to their end customers.

• Define new services: content, pricing, positioning, segmentation, customer/vendor journeys
• Prepare marketing deliverables necessary for the development and commercialization of the offer: value proposition, offer positioning, business model, customer journeys, etc.
• Oversee the launch of offers by coordinating resources across entities: technical and IT management, operational marketing, communication, sales and customer service, legal, management control…
• Carry marketing milestones within governance bodies
• Design business models and build P&L statements for your portfolio of offers, ensuring the profitability of your services and roadmap
• Promote the offer to commercial stakeholders
• Conduct market watch and proactively suggest evolutions for the offers

You are customer and results-oriented, curious, enjoy discovering, and training on the latest technologies

• Bachelor's +8 in marketing AND/OR engineering school
• Successful experience as a product manager: business cases, market estimation, customer potential assessment, pricing...
• Technical affinity and experience in mobile networks are a plus
• Fluent in English and French: the team is international
• Strong writing skills
• Knowledge of the Roaming world
