About the Role

As a Senior Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for architecting, supporting, and optimizing multi-cloud and AI-driven environments. Your goal is to deliver technical excellence with high Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring process compliance. You will guide Project TDA’s in Edge Computing, DevOps Automation, and AI/ML Infrastructure, create LLDs for ongoing projects, manage release cycles, and maintain a robust LAB infrastructure for Proof-of-Concept and innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities

→Provide Level 3 design and support for Unix/Linux troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
→Build, operate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for deploying container-based clusters (Rancher, Kubernetes, OpenStack, AI model services).
→Respond to RFPs related to Open Source, DevOps, and AI cloud platform requirements.
→Contribute to AI cloud infrastructure design, enabling model deployment, monitoring, and scaling across platforms.
→Create and maintain Terraform scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) repositories to ensure consistency and automation.
→Automate cloud-based services, DevOps, and AIOps workflows using advanced orchestration tools.
→Deep understanding of Unix-based OS – Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, etc.
→Strong expertise in hybrid cloud ecosystems: OpenStack, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
→Design and implement automated and intelligent workflows for AI/ML orchestration and monitoring.
→Develop technical documentation and architecture blueprints (HLDs/LLDs).
→Mentor and provide technical training to L2 operations on DevOps and AI integration topics.
→Practical knowledge of automation and DevOps tools – GitHub, Prometheus Keycloak, NeuVector, Terraform, Harbor, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and MLOps systems (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker pipelines).
→Collaborate with data and AI teams to integrate model life cycles into cloud environments securely and at scale.
