Die Setter

Consider joining the Pennex family as a Die Setter in our Leetonia, OH location.  This position is responsible for preparing and setting up tooling from extrusion schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity by performing the following duties:

• →Ensures enough dies are in the die ovens at each press based upon production schedule
• →Transfers die to and from inventory system
• →Recycles failed dies quickly
• →Places dies in caustic solution to clean them of aluminum residue
• →Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
• Willingness to work in a variety of settings, including indoors and outdoors, and in different weather conditions
• Consistently exhibits a positive, respectful attitude towards co-workers and customers
• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available
• Must have regular attendance

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
