Product Managers at this level don’t just manage backlogs — they set direction. This role leads discovery, drives stakeholder alignment, and translates competing business priorities into clear product recommendations that leadership can act on. You’re the connective tissue between business owners, architects, engineers, and analysts — orchestrating solutioning without overstepping into technical design, and measuring outcomes with enough rigor to know when to adjust course.
