Responsibilities

• Monitor API Support inbox to be alerted and respond to customer requests and/or integration issues. • Utilize Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to create and run SQL Queries for the purpose of analyzing integration errors and analyzing incoming data to ensure it meets integration standards.• Help the development team in conceptualizing further product development based upon integration analysis performed and/or customer feedback.• Conduct data entry, table updates, and data imports as required for the purpose of maintaining back-end systems and business processes.

• Work with customers, carriers, and their 3rd party representatives to help them resolve specific integration issues within their core systems. • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers, carriers and their 3rd party representatives.• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

 

Other Duties• Assist in system testing as needed• Provide administrative support and integration coordination • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Command of English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers• Four-year degree, preferably in Information Systems, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field and / or the equivalent in education and work experience• Must possess MS SQL language abilities in reading and requesting information from databases• Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.• Must be proficient in using MS Office products.• Ability to set and accomplish goals by working independently• Must possess general understanding of web base technology and database structure• Must be able to manage projects and multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and requirements• Must possess excellent follow-up and organizational skills• Reasonable math/statistical/numerical/reporting/presentation skills• Must be able to work well in a team environment and energetically share ideas and gain understanding of daily Operations functions• Time management skills are essential

 

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Sedentary work – exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forces frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time; walking and standing are only required occasionally• Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing computer monitor, and extensive reading• Typical exposure to interior environmental conditions like air conditioning and dust; no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions• Manual dexterity is regularly required including fingering, grasping, and typing; manual dexterity includes repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers• Talking and hearing required to communicate with and listen to others to share or receive information. May be occasionally exposed to noise including telephone, office machinery, and conversations of others• On-site and remote • Shift changes may be required • Occasional travel, including overnight, may be required.
