We are seeking kind, dependable, and collaborative Certified Nursing Assistants to provide hands-on care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Whether you are beginning your CNA career or bringing years of experience, you can build meaningful relationships, strengthen your clinical observation skills, and contribute to a team where communication and accountability matter.
Potential earnings of up to $27.00 per hour, based on experience and including applicable shift differentials and opportunities for eligible employees to elect premium pay in place of certain benefits.
Shift differentials for qualifying evening, weekend, and overnight hours - up to $3.00 per hour
Additional premium-pay opportunities for eligible employees who opt out of certain elective benefits

Assist residents with activities of daily living based on individual needs and plans of care

Support bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, positioning, and other personal-care needs

Respond promptly and respectfully to resident requests
- →
Observe residents closely and report changes in condition, behavior, comfort, appetite, mobility, or daily functioning to the nurse

Support rehabilitation and mobility goals as directed by the care team
- →
Help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful resident environment

Communicate clearly with nurses, rehabilitation professionals, residents, families, and fellow CNAs

Follow infection-prevention, safety, documentation, and resident-rights requirements

Contribute to a team culture built on mutual respect, reliability, communication, and accountability
Requirements
~1 min readCurrent registration on the New York State Nurse Aide Registry, with no findings or convictions involving resident abuse, mistreatment, neglect, or misappropriation of property
Must be at least 17 years old
Employment certificate or permit if 17 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous training or work experience in a geriatric setting preferred
A caring, patient, and respectful approach to residents
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors
Ability to work collaboratively and follow established plans of care and clinical direction
Physical stamina for an active, hands-on resident-care position
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at the level necessary for safe care and effective workplace communication
