Responsibilities

This isn't just about reporting; it’s about influence. You will bridge the gap between raw field data and executive-level decision-making.

  • →Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and key business stakeholders internally and externally; to define data requirements and drive strategic business goals.
  • →Data Strategy: Contribute to the development of data strategy and utilise data to solve business challenges and drive continuous improvements. 
  • →Data Modelling : Develop and apply data models to assess performance, measure return on investment (ROI), forecast outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. 
  • →Actionable Insights: Analyse field and business data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide clear, commercially focused recommendations that deliver value to clients. 
  • →Visual Storytelling: Design and maintain engaging, customer-focused dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid, transforming complex data into compelling business narratives.
  • →Data Management & Integrity: Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained, while working with data structures, models, and pipelines to support reliable reporting and analytics.
  • →Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to data and insight initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation, adoption, and business impact measurement.
  • →People Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team fostering a high-performance culture, building capability, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality outputs aligned to business priorities.
  • Proven ability to move beyond operational reporting by leveraging data to support business strategy, drive performance improvements, and influence decision-making. 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, customers, and operational teams to translate business needs into data solutions. 

  • Advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of data structures, data integration processes, and reporting environments.

  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure) and familiarity with data pipelines and data architecture concepts would be advantageous.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid to create meaningful and engaging dashboards.

  • People leadership and team management.

  • Experience contributing to or leading data and insight projects.
