Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the MST setting.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1.     High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2.     Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.

3.     IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.

4.     Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

5.     Work experience in health care preferred.

Rumford Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $27.00 to $30.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
