The Oasis Hotel & Convention Center is currently seeking career driven individuals who are committed to providing a memorable experience to our guests.

Our award winning hotel is a full service property, offering 173 guest rooms along with over 30,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. Housed within the Oasis, you will find Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar, featuring Springfield’s only ice bar.

The Oasis Hotel & Convention Center is a property structured upon our core values:

• →Cleans public areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms and other front and back of house areas.
• →Cleaning of guest rooms to include dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens and cleaning bathrooms.
• →Performs tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, washing windows, assist in laundry, cleaning/ buffing floors and disposing of interior/exterior garbage.
• →Reports any maintenance concerns and items in need of repair
• →Stocks and maintains cart and supply rooms, as needed
• →Performs deep cleaning tasks and special projects
• →Deliver guest requested items
• →Directs guest to guest rooms and meeting rooms, as needed.
• →Handles guest inquiries. This position is required to work with our guests to ensure overall satisfaction. This position must take the initiative to be creative when resolving gust inquires/ challenges.

• Prior professional cleaning experience required
• Shift is from 3:30pm-12am
• Weekends are required

Candidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.

• Primarily indoor working conditions in a fast-paced environment. Though will be required to work in outdoor conditions at times.
