About the Role

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Yooralla’s Central Office operations - providing leadership to administrative and reception staff, managing day-to-day property services and facilities, and coordinating IT asset support to ensure our teams have what they need to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Central Office administration including procurement, supplier management, and expense monitoring
  • Lead and support Reception staff, fostering a positive, inclusive work culture
  • Manage facility operations, maintenance, safety compliance, and relationships with building management
  • Administer IT assets: provisioning, maintaining the IT asset register, and supporting staff with IT needs
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of office and IT processes
  • Experienced in office management or a senior administrative leadership role
  • Skilled in supervising staff, driving workflow efficiency, and process improvement
  • Strong organisational, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable with IT asset administration and general office technologies
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused

Mandatory Requirements

  • International Police Check (if required)
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • High level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with a range of staff, managers, customers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicting demands
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Capacity to work effectively to deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
