• →Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• →Ensure high‑quality workmanship and code‑compliant installations
• →Work closely with installers and apprentices to maintain efficiency and safety
• →Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
• →Follow established processes while contributing to continuous improvement

• 3 years experience as a Residential HVAC Installer (required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and installation knowledge
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Reliable, motivated, and team‑oriented mindset
• Leadership potential or prior lead experience preferred
