You will collaborate with the Crew Support Management Team to deliver exceptional performance and support, ensuring our Cabin Crew community thrives. Your insights will help design and implement the Cabin Crew performance matrix, directly impacting daily operations and elevating standards across the team.
Take the lead in developing and managing the Cabin Crew performance matrix, aligning it with Riyadh Air’s strategic goals and industry best practices. You will help craft policies and processes that reflect our vision while maintaining compliance with industry standards, ensuring every action supports our mission.
Drive operational excellence by promoting consistency in performance management. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement, innovate processes, and ensure efficiency, all while supporting a high-performing environment that sets the standard for the industry.
Ensure the highest levels of safety, health, and environmental compliance. Your role will foster a secure and healthy work environment, reinforcing a culture of responsibility and well-being across the Cabin Crew community.
Mentor and inspire the Performance Officer team, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support their growth.
You’ll cultivate a positive, high-performance culture, encouraging collaboration, continuous improvement, and a balanced approach to work.
