This role serves as Scatec’s on-site focal point for material and warehouse management during project execution. You will ensure that all material reception, storage, preservation, inventory control, issue, and handover activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. By safeguarding material integrity, traceability, and compliance, you will play a critical role in supporting construction progress and project delivery.

In this role, you will:

• →Act as Scatec’s on-site focal point for warehouse and material management and supervise warehouse subcontractors.
• →Coordinate material deliveries, receiving activities, inspections, documentation, and unloading operations.
• →Ensure proper material storage, preservation, identification, security, and compliance with HSE and project requirements.
• →Maintain accurate inventory records and full material traceability through the Site Material Register (SMR).
• →Manage discrepancies, damages, shortages, non-conformances, quarantine controls, and corrective actions.
• →Control material issuance, handover, spare parts, returns, and replacement processes.
• →Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, reporting, and support audits and project close-out activities.
• →Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE, quality, environmental, and security requirements.

Your work will directly support construction activities, schedule achievement, material availability, and successful project delivery.

• Experience managing complex contractor and supplier interfaces within a growing global renewable energy company.

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse/Materials Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, material control, or logistics within EPC, construction, power, industrial, or renewable energy projects.
• Experience supervising warehouse subcontractors or service providers.
• Strong knowledge of material receiving, inventory management, preservation, discrepancies, NCRs, material handover, and return processes.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management systems, or WMS.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Good understanding of warehouse HSE requirements and material storage practices.
• Fluent in English; French and Arabic are highly desirable.
• Ability to work full-time at a remote construction site.
