Manager - Luxury Retail (New Concept)

As Shamal Holding continues to grow, we're in search of a Manager – Luxury Retail to launch and lead a new premium consumer concept in Dubai. In this role, you will own the business end to end, driving revenue, growth and an exceptional guest experience.

• →Lead the launch of a new premium concept in Dubai, from pre-opening set-up through to a successful opening and early trading.
• →Own the business's commercial performance, including revenue, profitability and growth targets, and make decisions as the owner of a business, not as the manager of a store.
• →Drive business development through corporate partnerships, brand collaborations, events and new client channels to build footfall and revenue.
• →Build a loyal, high-value client base through excellent customer service, personalised clienteling and a consistently premium guest experience.
• →Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of service excellence and accountability.
• →Work closely with senior leadership and the brand partner to shape the business plan, maintain brand standards and find opportunities for future growth.

• Bachelor's Degree or any relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in luxury retail, premium lifestyle or high-end hospitality retail.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and commercial results.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in store or boutique openings is an advantage.
