Are you looking for an opportunity to travel while working on retail remodels, new store builds, and other hands-on projects? SPAR Marketing Force is hiring Traveling General Laborers to join our project teams across multiple states.
No merchandising experience is required. Experience in general labor, construction, remodeling, installation, fixture building, or other hands-on work is a plus.
As part of this position, you must be willing to travel for the duration of each project. Reliable transportation and a smartphone for project communication and reporting are required.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working as part of a team, and traveling to different project locations.
- $17/hour
- Overnight shifts; project schedules vary

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work collaboratively with team members and store management
- →Assist with retail remodels, new store builds, resets, and installations
- →Assemble and disassemble fixtures and shelving
- →Move, stage, and organize materials as needed
- →Assist with general construction and installation tasks
- →Use basic hand and power tools
- →Follow project instructions and safety procedures
- →Maintain a clean and organized work area
- →Complete physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
- →Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
- →Travel and work overnight shifts as required by the project
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience in general labor, construction, remodeling, installation, merchandising, or similar hands-on work is a plus
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to work nights and extended shifts
- Ability to stand and work for 8–10 hours per shift
- Willingness to travel extensively to project locations across multiple states
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Personal cell phone and valid email address
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
