Responsibilities

→Screening patients during check-ups
→Reviewing patient's history
→Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
→Documents area of existing restorations
→Use of X-ray
→Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
→Conduct screenings
→Assist patients with oral hygiene

Requirements

Active Texas Hygienist license
Current BLS/CPR certifications
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience

4 team members
1 hygiene column
One-hour hygiene appointments
Spanish-speaking patients are common, but bilingual skills are not required
Current team members speak Spanish and assist with communication as needed
