Responsibilities

→Complete risk management training curriculum including classroom instruction and on-site learning under the guidance of an experienced team of Risk Management Consultants.
→Learn and become a Livestock Insurance Agent.
→Facilitate and assist with margins, daily trade checks and confirmations, trade entry, customer service email inquiries, and new account paperwork.
→Assist in the execution of futures, options and swaps that support client’s commodity risk management strategies.
→Monitor daily energy and agricultural commodity price database inputs for accuracy, track and input basis pricing, and perform historical matrix calculations.
→Assist in producing and issuing daily, weekly, monthly commodity price analysis and manage recipient database.
→Assist with research/analysis and data feed design of our market research library.
→Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes.
→Utilize Salesforce and research databases to qualify new business leads.
→Assist with Salesforce entry and marketing campaigns for current leads; provide general upkeep and maintenance of Salesforce database.
→Review client counterparty financial statements, maintain client counterparty databases, collect recent counterparty news, and facilitate the creation and distribution of monthly credit exposure and credit evaluation reports.
→Maintain prompt and regular attendance.

Requirements

Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
Dynamic, time-sensitive, trade room environment
Travel as needed

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, Ag Economics and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
Candidates graduating after June 2027 will NOT be considered.
Candidates on the West Coast preferred.
