Commodity Risk Management Associate

Commercial: With boots on the ground authenticity at the heart of everything we do, our comprehensive array of commercial products and services enable you to work directly with our clients, across hedging, risk management, execution and clearing, OTC products, commodity finance and more. Position Purpose:

Learn the necessary skills to become an effective Broker (Risk Management Consultant) by completing required training and working with experienced Risk Management Consultant(s) to receive skills in developing a client base and commodity risk management programs for those clients. This opportunity provides high levels of prospects for promotion, and long-term financial rewards including generous salaries and large bonuses.

​​• Identify, prospect, and contact potential clients to educate them on energy trading and risk management • Build a book of business consisting of consultancy program income as well as energy futures trade income • Analyze individual client operations to determine market exposure, price sensitivity, and financial risks • Attend trade conferences, seminars, and symposiums to represent products, increase contact with the existing client base, and identify new opportunities • Execute futures, options, and swaps that support energy risk management strategies • Educate and inform customers of hedging opportunities​ 

​​• Bachelor's Degree • Series 3 certification required within 60 days of employment​ 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, Ag Economics and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Series 3 certification required within 60 days of employment​ 
• Candidates graduating after August 2026 will NOT be considered.
