- Associate’s Degree or 2 years relevant Customer Service experience in a related industry or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer Service processes and systems.
- 3 - 12 months of Customer Service experience or experience in a related industry or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication (verbal and written); Fluent in French is a plus.
- Microsoft Suite proficient; SAP or related ERP system.
- Detail oriented; Time Management; Makes decisions according to existing policies and procedures; Applies basic problem-solving skills and knows who to involve.
The hourly pay range for this role is $16.49 - $25.91 per hour (along with overtime pay). Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees.

Responsibilities

CSR is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for internal and external customers through order processing, preparation of correspondence, and fulfillment of customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. CSRI may be required to work from a remote location and requires minimal supervision.
