Responsibilities

→Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
→10+ years of IT experience, including strong recent experience architecting Oracle solutions and leading cloud migration projects.

Required Skills:

→Demonstrated expertise designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions at enterprise scale.
→Deep knowledge of networking, security, identity management, and governance in cloud environments.
→Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
→Outstanding analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
→Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional).

Track record of architecting and leading successful large-scale cloud migrations.
Experience with DoD/Army enterprise applications
Hands-on experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
Expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Exadata, Oracle Autonomous Database, and Oracle PeopleSoft migrations.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps methodologies, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Deep understanding of database migration strategies and tools (e.g., Oracle Data Pump, RMAN, GoldenGate).
Experience with Operations and Maintenance of cloud and hybrid enterprise systems.
