Responsibilities

→Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff
→Orientation and training for staff
→Develop clinical policies and procedures
→Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests
→Laboratory liaison--QA
→Equipment repair and service/Contracts
→Interview/Personnel selection
→Ensure continuous flow of quality patient care

Requirements

At least 5 years of clinical experience required
Minimum 3 years clinical managerial experience required
OBGYN experience highly preferred
