Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician – Greater Nashville / Smyrna, TN

The Perinatal Group (TPG), in partnership with Together Women’s Health, is seeking a full-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join our established team serving the Greater Nashville, Middle Tennessee, and Southern Kentucky region.

This is a consultative-only MFM opportunity with no deliveries or inpatient rounding, offering a predictable 4-day work week, dedicated remote reading time, and approximately $500K year-one income opportunity with productivity incentives.

• Consultative-only Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice

• No deliveries or inpatient rounding

• 4-day work week with dedicated remote reading time

• Greater Nashville/Smyrna base with regional practice locations

• Established referral network

• Experienced MFM physicians, APPs, and high-risk sonographers

• Advanced ultrasound and diagnostic services

• Limited, equally shared courtesy call rotation

• Clinical autonomy with operational support from Together Women’s Health

• Defined pathway to practice partnership and equity

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine

• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee and Kentucky

The Perinatal Group is an established Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice providing specialized high-risk pregnancy care throughout Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky.
