Trans Global is actively seeking to expand our service team. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member with a great customer focused attitude to fill our Service Dispatcher role! The winning combination of superior teamwork, proactive decision making, attention to detail, and self-motivation will ensure success.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Utilize available reports and tools to ensure maximum technician efficiency, managing over and under event volume on a daily basis.
- →Monitor e-mail and phone communications, responding in a timely manner to ensure customer solutions are provided
- →Proactively book all repair calls including customer confirmation.
- →Communicate with customers and technicians regarding changes, including calling those that can be last minute
- →Review high priority calls and make schedule adjustments to accommodate customer needs
- →Proactively manage technician vacation schedules, territories (geo-fences), and daily event volume for up to 80 technicians and contractors
- →Prepare daily reports to support scheduling and technician goals
- →Other duties as assigned that improve the customer experience and business effectiveness
Requirements

- Proven ability to remain focused and work under pressure to meet deadline requirements.
- Customer Service focused.
- Strong desire to take ownership and accountability of task completion.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook, would be considered a definite asset.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Minimum College Diploma or High School with equivalent experience.
