Provides anesthesiology care commensurate with education, licensure, certification and within limits of experience and expertise in collaboration with and under the supervision of a medically supervising anesthesiologist. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes a team concept and reflects our values of Compassion, Collaboration, Excellence and Integrity.

- Work alongside experienced physicians, CRNAs and clinical staff who value teamwork, respect, and excellent patient care
- Experience a broad and engaging case mix including general surgery, neurosurgery/spine, vascular, robotics, ENT, GI, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, orthopedics, and NORA procedures, with no trauma or cardiac
Requirements
~1 min read- Successful completion of a prescribed curriculum from an accredited school of anesthesia by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Anesthesiology
- Minimum of two years’ experience as CRNA
- Holds current license in good standing to practice as a CRNA in the state of Oregon
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider ACLS required upon hire
- Active staff membership in good standing with the medical staff of the hospital with all privileges and responsibilities accorded such membership
- Bilingual skills a plus
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
- →Administer and manage anesthetics, medications, fluids, blood products, and patient monitoring throughout the perioperative process.
- →Manage all phases of anesthesia care, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia handoff.
- →Collaborate with anesthesiologists and the care team to monitor patient status, communicate significant changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
