Responsibilities

→To assist in the movement and storage of ride parts and equipment on a daily basis, to ensure critical stock parts are available when required and that processes around them are controlled
→To ensure that group health and safety policies are being implemented and workshop standards are being followed

→Ensure correct checks of all deliveries are being followed
→Track all imports/exports and ensure all required paperwork is in place
→Proactively deals with any requirements related to the park operation
→Contributes any new ideas to improve the current technical stores
→Ensure all deliveries are correct, in good condition
→Report all urgent findings & communicate immediately to the relevant team member
→Ensure correct procedures are adhered to with regards to technical stores processes
→Ensure suppliers are dealt with efficiently & professionally & procedures followed.
→Ensure stock levels are maintained on consumable products
→Assist with regular stock counts, ensuring accuracy at all times.
→Maintain correct storage and rotation of stock within the technical stores
→Ensure correct operation of vehicles with constant attention to the safeguard of the vehicles/Staff & park in general
→Always maintain good housekeeping
→Ensuring all technical equipment is looked after and in good working order

Requirements

Driving license is essential for this role
Preferable experience in a stores environment
Previous experience using Outlook and managing inboxes
Microsoft office skill, e.g. Excel
Great communication skills
