Environmental Services Team Leader

Position: Environmental Services Team Leader (ESTL) Location/Dept.: The Salvation Army Kroc Center (SAKC), Philadelphia, PAAvailability: ImmediateSchedule: Full Time - Must be willing and able to work occasional weekends and evenings as may be require in performance of duties or requested to support the ongoing operations of the Kroc Center. The accountabilities of the ESTL will require this role to be On Call 24 hours/7 days a week.Reporting Relationship: Facilities Supervisor (FS) Grade: 76 Status: Non-Exempt Salary: $20.09 per hour

The Environmental Services Team Lead will be responsible for the hands-on day-to-day cleanliness of the physical facilities of the Salvation Army Kroc Center, in accordance with federal, State, and local standards, guideline and regulations governing our facility as directed by the Facilities Supervisor, Kroc Center General Manager, or the Administrator (s), to assure that the facility is maintained in a safe and clean fashion.

Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent.  3-5 years of experience in commercial cleaning industry.  Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.  Must possess working knowledge of cleaning supplies/equipment and tools of the trade.  Must possess good interpersonal relationship skills.  Must be a team player.  Must understand and be willing to extend great customer service.  Must be able to move about the RJKCCC freely.  Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings. 

As a Mandated Reporter, must provide proof of having completed training on recognizing and reporting child abuse meeting the training standards of PA Act 153 of 2014 prior to employment with recurrent training required every five years thereafter.  Meets the Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153 to include PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check.
