Under the direction of the department leadership, organizes and prioritizes work flow across core production, hospital services, and specialized production, to enhance services in an efficient and effective manner. Executes technical skills department wide and demonstrates the ability to lead a cohesive team in absence of management.

• →Bachelor's Degree in biology or related science preferred

• management and human resources approval based on experience required
• Demonstrates successful performance and competencies of Senior Production Specialist required

• Leads a cohesive team approach by promoting the importance of working within and across departments
• Ability to read and interpret Standing Operating Procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals
• Proactive to identify and improve on customer complaints and issues

• Ability to lead others without direct reporting oversite
• Ability to work cooperatively as well as independently, without direct supervision
• Ability to communicate with higher level management and escalate when appropriate
