Veterinarian - Experienced or New Grad

Burke Veterinary Clinic is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team! This is a growth position as we expand our doctor team, and we welcome both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. 

Our recently expanded, paperless hospital features five exam rooms, a dedicated comfort room, treatment area, sterile surgical suite, separate dental suite, and X-ray room. Doctors have access to ultrasound, digital X-ray and dental X-ray, Doppler, and full in-house laboratory equipment. 

We are a 100% small-animal practice, with doctors typically seeing approximately 10–15 patients per day. Wellness appointments are scheduled for 20 minutes and sick visits for 30 minutes, allowing time for thoughtful, individualized care.

• 4-day workweek, generally 8–5 or 9–6 
• Alternating Saturdays, 8-2   
• No after-hours or on-call requirements 
• Supportive, collaborative team that values work-life balance 
• New graduate mentorship with longer appointments, shadowing, and 1:1 surgical training 
• Part-time candidates may also be considered 

Located in Northern Virginia just outside Washington, D.C., Burke offers a welcoming suburban feel with easy access to everything the greater D.C. area has to offer.
