• →Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
• →Serve as a first point of contact for clients both in person and over the phone
• →Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions and requests
• →Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications
• →Admit and discharge patients efficiently and accurately
• →Maintain accurate client and patient information
• →Maintain client accounts and process payments
• →Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
• →Assist with client education and provide appropriate support throughout the veterinary visit
• →Respond to inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service
• →Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, including during stressful or emotional situations
• →Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and other hospital team members
• →Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk
• →Support daily hospital operations and workflow
• →Contribute to a positive experience for every client and patient

• A minimum of three years of client service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment
• A calm, professional, and compassionate demeanor under pressure
• A trustworthy, dependable, and team-oriented approach
• Passion for pet welfare and exceptional client service
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently when needed while remaining an engaged member of the team
• Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
