Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide compassionate patient nursing and technical care
- →Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, surgeries, and procedures
- →Monitor anesthesia and support surgical and dental procedures
- →Educate clients on treatments, preventative care, and patient needs
- →Anticipate the needs of DVM staff to support efficient workflow and teamwork
- →Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
- →Support hospitalized patient care and treatment plans
- →Share knowledge and collaborate with fellow team members
- Minimum of 2 years of veterinary experience or graduation from a Veterinary Technician program
- Licensed Veterinary Technician credential preferred but not required
- Strong technical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Confidence in taking ownership of responsibilities and supporting the team
- Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
- Dedication to continued learning and professional development
