Optical Inventory Specialist

The Optical Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing frame inventory across multiple optical locations to ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role oversees inventory replenishment, vendor coordination, inventory analysis, and stock optimization while supporting merchandising initiatives and company profitability goals.

     • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills     • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems     • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy     • Strong communication and interpersonal skills     • Knowledge of frame merchandising and product assortments     • Familiarity with Compulink or similar optical management systems     • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred     • 2+ years of inventory management, purchasing, retail operations, or optical experience     • Optical industry experience Preferred     • Experience managing multi-location inventory     • Inventory Control     • Data Analysis     • Vendor Management     • Attention to Detail     • Problem Solving     • Time Management
