Barback-Part Time

• →Must be at least 19 years of age
• →High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• →Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• →Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• →Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• →Ability to operate or learn mobile devices and touchscreen systems
• →Commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
• →Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience
• Experience using smartphones, tablets, or digital work applications

• TIPS Alcohol Awareness Certification (required or as assigned)
• ServSafe Certification (preferred or required depending on assignment)
• Nebraska Gaming License (required and must be maintained)

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout shifts
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds (ice, kegs, supplies, boxes)
• Exposure to loud environments, bar equipment, and high guest traffic areas
• Work in fast-paced casino and entertainment settings
• Frequent teamwork and communication with bartenders and beverage staff

• Travel is not required for this position
• Must be available to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
