Chief Wastewater Operator

Weston & Sampson Services is currently looking for a Chief Wastewater Treatment Operator to support operations and maintenance in the Upper Cape Cod Region.

• →Monitoring and observing operating conditions and adjusting process controls as necessary
• →Troubleshooting of plant equipment and performing minor maintenance as necessary
• →Collecting samples and performing routine lab tests
• →Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
• →General housekeeping at facilities
• →Maintaining accurate records of operations and maintenance activities
• →Compiling monthly data for compliance reporting

• →A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• →MA Wastewater Treatment Grade 6C Full Operator License
• →Knowledge of MA DEP regulation of plan O&M
• →Familiarity with computers in a Windows based environment
• →Must be able to work outdoors in all climates, climb ladders and lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• →Good written and verbal communication skills
• →Valid driver's license

Pay Range: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour depending on experience
