Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Initiate new hire process for salaried and non-bargaining hourly positions and monitor progress of pre-employment paperwork and processes. This includes but is not limited to:
- →Background Screening
- →Preemployment Drug Screening
- →Onboarding paperwork tracking
- →Own and facilitate weekly Orientation for all new hires/rehires (English and Spanish)
- →I9 Verification
- →Assist in Fleet Compliance
- →Assist current Recruiter and HR Manager with creating, maintaining job posting.
- →Review applications and resumes, coordinate efforts with hiring managers, pre-screen and interview candidates.
- →Maintain data integrity in current HRIS system, Dynamics 365
- →Assist current employees with questions and concerns as needed
- →Process all VOE requests
- →Other duties as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, HR Generalist or relevant role preferred.
- Experience with HRIS software (Dynamics 365 a huge plus)
- Computer literacy (MS Office Applications)
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Must maintain insurable driving record
