Clinical Coordinator

We are a patient-centered fertility clinic dedicated to providing compassionate reproductive care. Our team supports individuals and families on their journey to parenthood through personalized treatment plans, advanced technology, and a warm, welcoming environment.

The primary duties of a Clinical Coordinator will include, but not be limited to:

● Educate and guide patients on IVF procedures, treatment protocols, medications, and injections.● Counsel patients on infertility treatment protocols.● Telephone triage with patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and test results.● Coordinate infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians.● Responsible for the ongoing communication between the Physician and patient.● Daily communication with providers on patient-related issues and findings.● Scribing for physicians● Coordinate upcoming procedures.● Schedule follow-up appointments.

● Bachelor's Degree● Recent clinical scribe experience preferred● Strong communication skills● Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team.● Excellent time management● Organized and detail-oriented.● Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and medical database software.
