Creates, tracks and oversees projects and financials for Field Service/ Resident System Support (RSS)

Departments

• →Oversees projects from creation to closure
• →Track project costs and budget requirements
• →Create invoices and complete Customer requested submission
• →Set up and host meetings as needed in support of departmental/ projects financial support
• →Provide back-up support for the Technical Support Coordinator
• →Issue POs to Subcontractors for service and parts
• →Cross training and other responsibilities as needed and directed by Management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Computer skills including MS Office, Excel, SAP a strong plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to read and decipher complex job requests
• High level of problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Salary Range: $50,000.00-$55,000.00
