Job Description – Solution Developer (Salesforce Experience Cloud & Agentforce)Location Bangalore (Hybrid)Experience6–8 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Solution Developer to join our Digital Transformation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both solution design and hands-on software development.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Agentforce. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Engineering teams, you will help transform customer experiences by delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.The ideal candidate is passionate about modern software engineering practices, AI-powered customer experiences, and building robust cloud-based applications.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design

• →Work with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• →Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to application design.
• →Design reusable, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• →Recommend best practices and improvements for customer-facing digital experiences.
• →Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and AI features to improve business processes.

Salesforce Development

• →Design and develop applications on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• →Develop and configure Agentforce agents, actions, prompts, topics, and AI-powered customer journeys.
• →Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Queueables, and Flows.
• →Develop integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services.
• →Configure Experience Cloud sites including authentication, user management, sharing, and security.
• →Develop reusable components and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Software Engineering

• →Apply software engineering principles including SOLID design, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• →Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• →Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• →Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• →Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Integration & Automation

• →Build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• →Develop APIs and middleware integrations.
• →Implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and platform capabilities.
• →Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.

Collaboration

• →Work closely with Product Owners to refine requirements.
• →Collaborate with UX designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
• →Partner with QA engineers during testing cycles.
• →Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Innovation

• →Explore emerging Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud enhancements.
• →Recommend innovative approaches to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• →Contribute to the organization's Digital Transformation roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Experience building AI-powered customer solutions using Agentforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce (where applicable), and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms including OAuth and SSO.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
