Digital Banking Business Analyst

We are looking for a high-impact Digital Banking Business Analyst who can operate at the intersection of lending domain expertise, AI-led delivery, and modern engineering.

  Partner with business and technology teams to define and deliver AI-led solutions across digital banking

• →

  Translate lending workflows and use cases into AI/data-driven processes and system designs

• →

  Drive clarity across UI, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns

• →

  Collaborate closely with architects, developers (Python / Golang), and UI teams

• →

  Shape solutions in ambiguous environments, focusing on outcomes over documentation

• →

  Define and refine user journeys, screen flows, and interactions, ensuring usability

• →

  Contribute to solution design discussions, bridging business intent with technical execution

• →

  Work hands-on with delivery teams to progress features from concept to production

• Strong understanding of lending lifecycle:

  • Origination

  • Credit assessment

  • Collateral management

  • Portfolio management

• Ability to map business processes into system capabilities

• Experience working with Credit, RMT, and Originations stakeholders

• Comfortable working in AI-led delivery environments

• Solid understanding of:

  • How data is ingested, processed, and used

  • How AI outputs are generated

• Strong understanding of:

• Familiarity with backend services built in Python and/or Golang

• Able to define clear, meaningful requirements for backend services

• Comfortable discussing:

  • Processing logic

  • Data structures

  • Service behaviour

• Experience working with UI/UX teams, ideally on AI-driven interfaces

• Ability to define:

• A hands-on, embedded BA – not just documentation-focused

• Works closely with developers on a day-to-day basis

• Focuses on driving delivery and outcomes

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping the problem space
