The Registration team is responsible for the accurate set-up and maintenance of deal/programme static data within Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platforms. The role ensures that programme parameters align with business requirements and that technical structuring is efficiently translated into system configurations.

The team also provides technical expertise on platform capabilities, supports continuous improvement of processes, and contributes to the evolution of system set-up requirements.

  • Prioritise workload and delegate tasks across the team where appropriate

  • Perform set-up of programmes within SCF platforms in line with implementation instructions

  • Validate prerequisites prior to registration and ensure consistency of programme parameters

  • Input, control, release, and maintain static and transactional data across internal and external SCF platforms

  • Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for all activities

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to minimise errors

  • Extract static data from SCF platforms as required

  • Assist in the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting (e.g. KPIs, business performance metrics)

  • Ensure all operational controls are completed (e.g. workflow queues, assigned actions)

  • Follow escalation and reporting protocols appropriately

  • Identify, report, and support resolution of system issues in collaboration with IT teams

  • Maintain and update procedures and user guides

  • Act as a subject matter expert on platform functionality and set-up capabilities

  • Support the design and implementation of new programme structures within systems

  • Participate in system enhancements, including requirements validation and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Contribute to improving user experience and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with local and global technical support teams to resolve incidents

  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions on SCF platforms

  • Work closely with internal teams across operations, implementation, and technology

  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on system capabilities and data requirements

  • Deliver a value-added service by improving processes rather than simply executing requests

  • Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain vigilance for unusual or suspicious activity and escalate appropriately

  • Ensure all activities align with financial security and compliance standards

This is a fixed-term contract full-time position located in Dublin. For this role a valid working permit for Ireland is mandatory.

Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
