Delta Capita is seeking an Associate to support a strategic CRM and CMS transformation programme, centred on Microsoft Dynamics with additional CMS capabilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), UAT management, and ideally CMS platforms, to contribute to a high-impact implementation programme and subsequent post go-live support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating defect management, and acting as a central liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during and after deployment.

Lead and manage end-to-end UAT processes, including test planning, script review, execution, and defect tracking

Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and status updates for key governance forums

Support data migration and system readiness activities ahead of go-live
- →
Provide insight and analysis to optimise system functionality and business processes

Develop UAT reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track progress and risks

Deliver post go-live support, acting as the first point of contact for user queries and issues

Triage and manage enhancements, defects, and support requests with external vendors

Assist with user training and ongoing system adoption

Support project administration and coordination as required
Requirements
~2 min readHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
Exposure to CMS platforms (ideally Kentico or similar)
Proven experience in UAT management, including test planning, script creation, and execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data handling and process analysis
Experience with Jira, Excel, and structured defect tracking processes
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools (advantageous)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Exposure to financial services or capital markets is advantageous but not essential
