• →Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• →Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• →Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• →Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• →Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• →Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• →Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
• →Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• →Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

• 2+ years experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
• A team player who takes pride in their work
