We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to lead our customer service, shipping, and billing operations. In this role, you ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business performance.

You will act as a key link between Sales, Supply Chain, and customers, driving operational excellence while leading a small, dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end order processing, including shipping and warranty handling
  • Ensure on-time delivery and high service levels for customers
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues and resolve them effectively
  • Monitor team performance, workload, and quality of work
  • Manage invoicing processes, including credit notes and documentation
  • Coordinate transport and export documentation
  • Review and approve invoices and shipping documents
  • Identify and implement process improvements within Customer Services
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures
  • Support and communicate pricing updates
  • Prepare reports and analyses on order intake, performance, and warranty trends
  • Provide insights to Sales and Management to support decision-making
  • Contribute to business reviews and performance tracking
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Ensure effective planning and resource allocation
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analysis (Excel)
  • Knowledge of logistics processes (shipping, Incoterms, customs regulations)
  • Leadership experience or ability to manage a small team
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
