Join Principal Financial Group to contribute to excellence and pioneering solutions as an Associate, Client Reporting, shaping accurate client reports for our global clients by collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities

Produce and deliver high-quality client reports and factsheets using tools such as Vermilion and Morningstar. Ensure that all client reports and data provided to our internal and external clients is accurate and timely delivery.

Support the data validation process for Factsheets, bringing to bear complex macros and manual validation processes.

Adhere to daily task lists, completing designated work on time and recording completion and time activity for each task.

Follow procedure documents to complete complex manual client reports in Excel, applying intricate macros, pivot tables, and functions.

Refine process documentation as required to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Identify content and data issues, advancing as needed to ensure resolution.

Flexibility to assist retail and factsheet production teams as needed.
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Math, Engineering, or Technology.
2-5 years of business experience in Client Reporting, preferably within Financial Services.
Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, encompassing macros, pivot tables, and high-level functions.
Understanding of database structures, with experience in Power BI and writing/editing macros.
Outstanding data analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver accurate data.
Knowledge of Vermilion is a plus.
Self-starting, proactive attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Great teammate with effective verbal and written communication skills.
