Responsibilities

→Safety –

→Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations.
→BBS Participation

→Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach

→Meet productivity standards

→Complete required documentation

→Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine

→Make adjustments to machinery as needed

→Suggest improvements to processes or procedures

→Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements

→Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment

→Obtain and maintain Operator Certification

→Train others as needed

→Additional duties as assigned
