We are looking for a strategic HR leader who will help us shape the future for our Operations teams supporting the International Markets. This role is pivotal in shaping our global people strategy, driving organizational transformation, and enabling business success across diverse geographies. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver innovative HR solutions that balance global consistency with local relevance.

- Operational Excellence: Seamless execution of global HR programs with local adaptation, ensuring compliance and cultural relevance.
- Proven track record in HR leadership roles supporting multiple international markets.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
- Strong understanding of global HR practices and local compliance requirements.
- Achievement of business objectives through HR partnership.
- Positive engagement scores and reduced attrition in supported markets.
- Successful implementation of global HR initiatives with local relevance.
- Development of leadership pipeline and critical talent retention.
- Develop deep understanding of business goals and provide strategic, tactical alignment of HR actions, support, programs, and resources adapting as needed to achieve desired results.
Requirements
~1 min read- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8+ years in a senior HRBP role supporting multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws, cultural nuances, and global HR practices.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
