  • Serve as the primary initial liaison between customers and center services, ensuring all visitors feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive
  • Conduct intake screening and assist customers in completing eligibility documentation, online assessments, and enrollment processes in accordance with WIOA and program requirements
  • Triage customer needs and connect individuals to appropriate staff, services, and community resources with a high standard of customer care
  • Deliver presentations and orientations in person and virtually to inform customers about available services and program benefits
  • Maintain symbiotic relationships with partner organizations
  • Develop and maintain workshop schedules, coordinate partner participation, and manage room scheduling to meet the needs of career seekers
  • Provide resume feedback, letter of introduction guidance, and job search assistance in the resource room
  • Re-engage customers who have not completed enrollment or are awaiting services by proactively communicating program opportunities and next steps
  • Train career seekers and staff on Career Team and Center resources, tools, and systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming resource area and coordinate general office activities
  • Request and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement of the participant experience
  • Coordinate service delivery among required partners
  • Align services from various partners to avoid duplication and ensure customer flow
  • Ensure agreements are active and understood by partners
  • Identify technical assistance needs
  • Maintain accurate records, case notes, and documentation in required data systems in compliance with program standards
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required, or a comparable combination of education and experience
  • Ability to listen actively, analyze customer needs, and apply sound judgment to recommend solutions and appropriate next steps
  • Must be computer literate and have MS Word and Excel skills at minimum, and the ability to learn Google Suite as well as specialized databases and software systems
  • Knowledge of WIOA and other workforce program requirements
  • Posses neutrality and objectivity
  • Experienced in resolutions expertise
  • Data driven and accountable
  • Strong operational acumen
  • Ability to work with a culturally diverse customer base with sensitivity, respect, and professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, customer service, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment including computers, printers, and fax machines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and confidential
  • Commitment to extreme customer service in all internal and external interactions
  • Approach each day and task with a solutions-oriented and responsive mindset
  • A Valid Driver's License
  • Bilingual or multilingual
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Training in Trauma Informed Care, evidence-based practice, and empathy-driven service delivery
