Responsibilities

→Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail store environment.
→At least 3-5 years of HVAC or similar industry knowledge/experience preferred.
→Heightened focus on providing excellent customer service.
→Must be sales-driven with the ability to lead and motivate sales and operational staff.
→May need to operate a Forklift. Prior Forklift certification preferred.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of proven and successful experience as a sales associate.
Excellent relationship-building skills; must be a team builder as well as a team player with a focus on sales.
Computer skills are essential; proficiency with Microsoft applications.
